SWAP mentioned.  Red Lion Inn $20 per person.  Decided we can't afford it.  Drop by unanimous vote at seven-member quorum.

Letter from Alpha Rho Chapter at Austin, Texas mentioned by Bud, concerning convention.  Hirtle to check on possibility of appropriating money for the trip from the Student Senate.

Report of open House committee leaves us little to do as Maroon Key and Scrolls to take gavel.  Car wash left.  Use of hydrant possible if cleared through Dean Hopkins.  Suggest the APO have booth in Campus Room during open house.  Referred to next meeting.

Note from Mr. Loomis wants ideas for maps for open House.  Tabled.

Another pledge initiation next Monday.

Honorary Membership I on Tuesday..  Memorial room, Mem. Hall reserved.

Nomination for new officers brought up..  Suggested that census be taken to find out which members are interested in office. Nominating Committee should be made up of members who are not running for office. Committee will find out who is interested and put forth a suggested slate, but not definite. Make sure at least one for each office. Committee members Bud, Art, Frank, Rob Martin, Jim Hirthe.  Meeting set for Thursday night.

Splash Party for the 12th of April Amherst Pool. Picnic May 17 at Put's.
